My path from accounting to entrepreneurship was not linear. I am a big foodie and health nut so I thought my natural progression would be to become a dietician. Halfway through my nutrition studies, I took an accounting course and decided I wanted to be in business.

I articled at a Big 4 firm, Deloitte, thinking it would lead me to become a partner or CFO. Being a child of immigrants, working for others in a management role was the gold standard. When I quickly became a financial controller in my mid-20s, I was constantly looking for projects to make things more efficient, faster, and save resources and money for the company. Numbers spoke to me, but I craved working with people and operations more.

Little did I know that change management would become my superpower, taking companies and owners from their current state to a future desired state. I truly enjoy watching my clients & their businesses grow into something they never thought they could achieve.

Pivoting to becoming my own boss was one of the hardest & most rewarding things I’ve done in my career. (Aside from deciding to quit my job to travel the world before the pandemic hit mid-trip.)

Having worked in corporate, overseeing millions of dollars, being the youngest person, sometimes the only female and person of the color in the room, I know how hard it can be to navigate biases and overcome adversities.

I also started an e-commerce business while on maternity leave and scaled to 7-figures in less than a year. My proven strategies and leadership has helped companies clarify their vision, drive execution and increase profits.

You get what you put into it. Many of my clients see results within the first few weeks. You will get a personalized coaching plan, catered to your specific business needs. Trust the process.

Coaching is too expensive.

Investment comes in 2 forms: time or money.

You can DIY, ask ChatGPT, read books, listen to podcasts and watch YouTube videos but these solutions will not be catered specifically to your situation and will take time to digest the information.

Or, you can invest in yourself and work with someone who has experience helping businesses achieve their goals and focus on what’s important.

What does the investment look like?

How long is each coaching session?
